Burt Kwouk was a British actor, he was best known for his role as Cato in the Pink Panther films, and for play Mr Ling in the third James Bond film Goldfinger.Kwouk was born in Warrington, but was brought up in Shanghai. He made his film debut in the 1957 film Windom's Way.
