Jesse Collins started his acting career doing theatre. He then branched out into TV and movies. Collins has become known for his role as Officer Katts in Rin Tin Tin: K-9 Cop (1988) (a.k.a. "Katts and Dog"). He is also known for his part as Major Bush in 铁鹰战士2 (1988). He has since done such movies as 圣诞老人 (1994) with Tim Allen, and Darkman II: The Return of Durant (1995).
