个人履历
吴少雄男，1954年6月出生，江西省广丰县人。毕业于景德镇陶瓷学院美术系雕塑专业。师从周国桢、尹一鹏教授。中国陶瓷设计艺术大师、景德镇雕塑瓷厂研究所高级工艺美术师。自1980年起至今一直在景德镇雕塑瓷厂研究所从事陶瓷雕塑创作，1988年吴少雄被授予“工艺美术师”职称，吴少雄系中国工艺美术学会会员，景德镇美术家协会会员，2001年被世界文化艺术研究中心授予“世界杰出华人艺术家”称号。
成就及荣誉
瓷雕作品《嫦娥思凡》、《平妖传》、《四季乐》等五十余件作品先后在《香港文艺》、《澳门日报》、香港《大公报》等发表。瓷雕代表作中《四老奏乐》、《老子》等获第二届中国瓷都国际陶瓷节艺术瓷一、二等奖，并有《嫦娥思凡》、《对牛弹琴》、《三个小和尚》等十余件瓷雕精品分别获第一届景德镇市青年陶瓷美术作品“青春杯”大奖赛、中国瓷都国际陶瓷节“精品大奖赛”，江西工艺美术大奖赛等专业大奖赛一、二、三等奖二十三项。作品主要在东南亚国家及地区畅销。被新加坡、马来西亚、美国、日本、泰国、印度尼西亚以及景德镇陶瓷馆等国内外馆藏机构、收藏家收藏。瓷雕艺术创作曾在香港“亚洲电视台”，“澳门电视台”专门介绍过“吴少雄的瓷雕艺术”。1988、1992年先后赴中国澳门地区、中国香港地区参加“中国古今陶瓷名人作品展销”、“景德镇瓷雕珍品展”进行瓷雕技艺表演。个人艺术传略先后被《世界艺术家名人录》、《中国民间名人录》、《中国当代艺术界名人录》、《中国陶瓷美术家》、香港《瓷苑瑰宝》等二十多部书刊登载。
