■以非洲爪蟾（Xenopuslaevis）为模式生物,研究脊椎动物早期胚胎发育,特别是胚胎头尾轴形体建成的分子机制。
■利用细胞培养和爪蟾胚胎，研究Wnt信号转导及调控的分子机制。
