Raymond Bagatsing, was born the Philippines. He is of Filipino, Indian/Persian, Chinese and Spanish descent. When he was 11 years old he moved to Melbourne, Australia to live with his Mother. At 16 during a vacation in Manila, Raymond landed a leading role in a teenage martial arts film.
