Louis Aragon was born on October 3, 1897, in Paris, France. He graduated from Lycée Carnot, then studied medicine in Sorbonne and befriended a fellow medical student 安德烈·布勒东. In 1917 he was drafted in the First World War and served in a military hospital. There he met 纪尧姆·阿波利奈尔 and they became close friends.
