    His awards include the Evening Standard award for Mrs. Brown. In 2007 he received the BAFTA award for best adapted screenplay for The Last King of Scotland, co-written with Peter Morgan. Not only was he the producer, he also likes to fish: as a boy his father, a skilled fisherman, taught him the proper techniques to become the same.
    Brock has also worked on the dramas Casualty and Holby City. He is the co-creator of Casualty with Paul Unwin.
