早年经历

1990年，正在同恋人穿越美国的伊莲娜接到一份试镜的邀请，导演克日什托夫·基耶斯洛夫斯基正为影片《两生花》物色女主角。原定影片中的维罗尼卡由安迪·麦克道威尔扮演，可基耶斯洛夫斯基对《再见，孩子们》中的钢琴师青睐已久。最终，伊莲娜得到了角色，《两生花》将这位从影仅有4年的女演员推上了巅峰，25岁的伊莲娜震惊了法国，先是获得戛纳电影节的最佳女演员奖，接着是恺撒奖提名。
