查尔斯·爱德华CharlesEdwardPerugini(1839年9月1日-1918年12月22日)，原名卡罗·佩鲁吉尼(CarloPerugini)，他是英国浪漫主义和维多利亚时代的画家。他出生于意大利那不勒斯，但从6岁到17岁一直和家人住在英国。他最初可能是画家莉顿的工作室助理。在莉顿的影响下，他开始是一个古典场景的画家;然后，他转向了更有利可图的肖像绘画领域，以及关于漂亮女人和孩子的体裁画。1874年，他娶了小说家查尔斯·狄更斯的小女儿。他在1878年创作的《一个正在读书的女孩》(AGirlReading)的作品，是他最著名的作品，收藏在曼彻斯特美术馆(ManchesterArtGallery)。他的一生作品颇多，他和他的妻子在他们那个时代的艺术界保持着活跃的社会生活。
