人物经历
夏俊-工信部世界电信日大会
夏俊-非洲ICT部长级会议
早年求学道路曲折。曾经在全省中考六十万名考生中名列前百名。从事技术工作六年后，跨专业报考企业管理硕士研究生，以全系第二名的考分被录取。研究生入学第一学期以全校第一名成绩通过国家大学英语六级考试，获得CET-6“优秀”证书。
研究方向
当前研究主要集中于：产业组织与制度分析，信息通信经济与政策，战略营销，公司组织与治理机制。
业余爱好
早年酷爱文体活动，喜欢各类运动和乐器。后来由于军工出身又增加了射击爱好，枪法精准娴熟。
早年曾经是球场、冰场和操场常客，各种球类、双杠、旱冰、武术样样拿得起，吉他、口琴、笛子、二胡也玩得不错。
