八一女篮的两名内线悍将陈丽莎和张晓妮代表江苏打下届全运会。作为上届全运会女篮的第四名，江苏女篮下届全运会的目标毫无疑问是夺牌，相对孱弱的内线得到八一队两名内线悍将的补充，夺牌的希望大增。
个人生活
当伴娘
陈丽莎是郑州人，跟郑海霞是老乡。1992年女篮拿奥运会亚军，她就知道了郑海霞。1995年，女篮的训练基地在郑州，陈丽莎当时在特体队，第一次见到了郑海霞。
1998年，国青去美国集训，地点就在洛杉矶。当时，郑海霞正在洛杉矶火花队效力。陈丽莎跟郑海霞有了第一次零距离接触。此后，两人还并肩作战过一段时间，2001年九运会，是郑海霞的谢幕演出。“我进八一队的时候，郑海霞刚从美国回来，然后她接队。一开始是球员兼教练，带着我们从乙级升到甲级。全运会完了，她就做队长和领队，算起来，在一起都十几年了，”陈丽莎说，“我们见了她还是一口一个海霞姐，虽说现在是上下级，感觉更多的还是姐妹情，因为在一起打过球，还有战友情。”
