个人经历

班德一家来自意大利，曾在有着“意大利的绿色心脏”美誉的翁布里亚省拥有一座城堡。艾力克斯从小就开始在父亲的影片中亮相，8岁那年他迷上了写歌和吉他，15之际和好友艾伦卡明等人组建的乐队被RCARecords签下并改名为TheCalling，发表首支单曲“Whereveryouwillgo”受到极大欢迎

专辑名称CaminoPalmero则是他和艾伦从小生活的街道的名字。TheCalling走的是美式清新恋爱摇滚路线，整张专辑旋律优美，歌曲首首琅琅上口，令全美电台DJ们爱不释手。然而乐队在04年发表的第二张专辑Two经过大力宣传却没能够延续这样的成功，05年TheCalling名存实亡之后艾力克斯开始了单飞旅程，他在08年中期预计会发表个人首张专辑。TheCalling成员们曾在2000年影片《女狼俱乐部》中有过简短亮相，还为《超胆侠》、《情归阿拉巴马》专门录制过单曲。最新艾力克斯·班德为影片《“反”芭比》和《决赛赛季》创作了两首歌) 。

个人生活

他的父亲是恐怖片导演和制片人查尔斯·班德。

目前艾力克斯同姐弟恋多年的女友、现在的妻子詹妮弗·斯盖一起居住在洛杉矶。
