任职情况
现任《Int.J.ofClimateChangeStrategiesandManagement》、《J.ofStrategicManagement》、《Int.J.onPerformabilityEngineering》等国际著名学术期刊的主编或编委。先后在瑞典德隆大学、瑞典皇家理工大学等世界一流大学任教。
2013年1月23日受聘山东大学教授，全职加入山东大学。
研究影响力
上世纪末，罗纳德教授提出了工业生态学（IndustrialEcology）这一理论，2003年在瑞典皇家工学院组建了工业生态系，担任系主任至今。罗纳德教授长期从事工业生态领域研究，主要涉及能源与环境、可持续技术等研究方向，并取得重要的研究成果。2008年，山东大学在罗纳德教授的帮助下也设立了工业生态专业，是中国设立这个专业最早的高校。
此次，罗纳德教授全职来到山东大学，将对山东大学的工业生态研究和工业生态学科带来巨大的帮助，有望使山东大学的工业生态学科进入世界前列。据悉，未来5年，罗纳德·温纳斯特教授将与程林教授一起，着眼中国当下面临的能源与环境问题，进一步拓展国际合作领域，并推动热科学团队与世界一流大学、著名研究机构之间的学术交流与合作，提升山东大学工业生态学科的国际化水平；与此同时，有效引进国际优质教育资源，不断健全和完善山东大学工业生态学科体系与专业建设，构建国际化人才培养体系，打造一个在国际上具有较大影响的国际化科研合作平台。
